Tender Details
The RTA’s Panel Deed for the Supply of Professional Services (construction industry) Deed including all annexures, schedules, attachments and other information relating to the Deed shall be the agreement for the Professional Services Work.
The basis of payment to the successful Tenderers will be “time plus disbursements”.
No rise and fall shall apply to this contract. Hourly rates shown in “Schedule of Rates” (Annexure 2 of the deed) shall remain as applicable rates to the contract, for the period of this contract, which is 2 years from the date of award.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
