Tenders are invited for the Overhauling of Ferry 45 at Webbs Creek  Crossing

Tenders are invited for the Overhauling of Ferry 45 Webbs Creek Crossing. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the replacement or refurbishment of all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components including blasting, painting of ferry hull and superstructure & carry out safety and operational improvements. 

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 via Microsoft Teams meeting. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting by COB Friday, 12 January 2024 by emailing Pauline.Gomes@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting attendance confirmation – 23.0000129385.1720 Overhauling of Ferry 45 Webbs Creek Crossing.’ A link to join will be sent to the attendees.

A non-mandatory site visit may be conducted on request.

Tenderers must register their interest to Pauline.Gomes@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Request for Site Visit – 23.0000129385.1720 Overhauling of Ferry 45 Webbs Creek Crossing.’

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
