Tender Details

Proposals are invited for specialised commercial advisory services during the registration of interest and tender phases of the Pacific Highway Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade.

The focus of the work will be on advice and assistance in the assembly of contract documentation for road and bridge construction. This will include liaison with financial and legal advisers and project management personnel. A thorough understanding of the commercial aspects of road and bridge construction is required.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience.
