Tender Details

This Contract is for the caretaking, operation and electrical inspection, servicing, and repair of Hexham Bridge. 

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00AM Tuesday 14th November 2023 via Microsoft Teams Online. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Application.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pretender meeting by COB, Friday 10th November 2023 by emailing Pauline.Gomes@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting attendance confirmation – 23.0000129407.1456 Hexham Bridge Caretaking, Operation & Electrical Maintenance.

A Non-Mandatory site visit will be held at Hexham Bridge at 1:00PM Wednesday 15th November 2023. There is a Truck u-turn bay next to the southern end of the southbound bridge. Tenderers can park and meet up there with the TfNSW Representative and walk to the bridge.

Attendance is optional but highly encouraged for tenderers to familiarise with the work site.
