Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking the services of a Professional Services Contractor (PSC) for the role of Site Assessor as part of the At-Property Noise Treatment for Hexham Straight Widening Project. The PSC will need to provide services pertaining to confirm, scope, design, and manage the delivery of the “At-Property” acoustic treatments through to completion. Once the scope, design, and management of the delivery of the “At-Property” Acoustic Treatments is determined; TfNSW may approach the market under a separate arrangement to engage Building Contractors to complete the supply and installation of the Acoustic Treatments.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
