NOTICE OF MARKET SOUNDING PROCESS
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is currently in the planning process of the Snug Cove Maritime Precinct Boating Facilities and Public Domain Upgrades project.
As part of this planning process, TfNSW is seeking input from the building and marine construction services sector about its proposed delivery and contracting methodology, and the capability and capacity of industry to supply design and construction services in the relevant work packages, and seeking additional advice from this sector.
TfNSW invites participation in a market sounding process for the services in accordance with the Market Sounding document from suitably qualified persons or entities interested in participating in the market sounding (Respondent).
The project is subject to Government approval.
Government consideration of the project is expected in Quarter 2 2024. If approved, construction services are expected to be delivered from late 2024 to early 2026.
