Applications for registration of interest are invited from joint-venture roadworks class RX pre-qualified contractors to undertake the design and construction of the Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade of the Pacific Highway, 7.15km to 32.53km north of Coffs Harbour.
The project involves detailed design of 25km of road and bridge works, environmental management and construction of earthworks, drainage, structures, pavements and roadside furniture.
A shortlist of applicants will be selected and invited to submit tenders for the design and construction of the project.
All Tenderers must comply with the Australian Government's National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and the Implementation Guidelines and with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement.
