Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Regional Rail Project and New Intercity Fleet Station Signalling Enabling Works 2 - Signalling Design for Enabling Work - IPD-23-16695

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Tenders from experienced and suitably qualified organisations for the provision of services of a Signalling Designer to produce signalling design for the Regional Rail Project Enabling Works (RRPEW) and New Intercity Fleet (NIF) Signal, Stations Enabling Works 2 (NIF SSEW2) projects.

The attached Corporate Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP) and Probity Declaration must be signed and returned to the Contact Person via email at procurement.services.rail@transport.nsw.gov.au in order to receive the password required to open the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Questions MUST be submitted in writing to the email address supplied.

Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". The second file is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.

This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, are presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
