Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Gundaroo Bridge - RTA.08.2563.0731

This is a Quality Assurance contract.

Contractors prequalified at Bridgeworks Class B5 or higher may tender. In addition, the contractor or any sub-contractor must be performed by a contractor pre-qualified at Pre-tensioned Concrete Class CC and the erection of the formwork component of the work must be carried out by a contractor registered with the RTA in Class F. The traffic control service provider must be registered with the Principal in Category C - Traffic Control.

The work under the contract involves construction of a new three span 74.5 metre long bridge over the Yass River at Gundaroo, 37.5km north of Queanbeyan (35km south of Gunning).

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday 27 August 2008 at Gundaroo at a venue to be advised. Attendance at the meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

Please note that documents will be supplied in electronic format on CD.

Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement.
