Tender Details

Tenders are invited for theSupply and Installation of Spill Pumps and Stainless Steel Pipework, Tugun Bypass Tunnel (Package A, B and AB).

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the onsite measurement and shop drawings, supply, installation testing and commissioning of the new spill pumps, above-ground stainless steel pipework, valves and associated components in compliance to TfNSW Specification and provided designs.

A non-mandatory Pre-Tender and Onsite meeting will be held at 09:00 PM on Monday, 29 April 2024  at TfNSW Tugun Bypass Tunnel Depot, 2 Sussyer Avenue, Tweed Heads West, NSW 2485.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance (only if you have not RSVP yet) for the pretender and onsite meeting by COB, Friday, 26th April 2024 by emailing josh.joh@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pretender meeting and Site Visit attendance confirmation – 23.0000129384.1209. Supply and Installation of Spill Pumps and Stainless Steel Pipework, Tugun Bypass Tunnel (Package A, B and AB).’

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
