This is a state funded project.
Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement.
Tenders are invited from contractors pre-qualified at Roadworks Class R10, or higher, for the re-construction of John Renshaw Drive at Black Hill. The contract involves approximately 2.9km of roadworks and includes earthworks, drainage, pavement and associated works.
A pre-tender meeting, including a site inspection, will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday 29 January 2009 at the Kurri Kurri Bowling Club, Tarro Street, Stanford Merthyr. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
This is a Quality Assurance contract.

Conditions for Participation
The Roadworks component of the work must be carried out by contractors pre-qualified with the RTA to Class R10, or higher,
The Asphalt Paving component of the work must be carried out by contractors pre-qualified with the RTA to Class A2 or higher.
The earthworks and drainage components of the work must be carried out by contractors registered with the RTA in Class E or D respectively or prequalified for roadworks.
The traffic control component of the work must be carried out by contractors registered with the RTA in Class G.
The primary testing of the work (including sampling) must be carried out by contractors registered with the RTA in Class L2.
