Tender Details
The Scope of Work involves inspections and risk assessments of culverts across the South-East Region of NSW and is split into five (5) geographical areas also referred to as Separable Portions (SP), which are detailed below.
• SP1 – These services consist of inspections and risk assessments for 279 culverts in the Central area of South Region in NSW (centred around Batemans Bay).
• SP2 – These services consist of inspections and risk assessments for 282 culverts on the Hume Highway between Menangle and Yass and the Federal Highway in South Region in NSW.
• SP3 – These services consist of inspections and risk assessments for 280 culverts in Illawarra North between Waterfall, Picton and Wollongong in South Region in NSW.
• SP4 – These services consist of inspections and risk assessments for 283 culverts in the Illawarra area in South Region in NSW (centred around Robertson).
• SP5 – These services consist of inspections and risk assessments for 278 culverts in the West area of South Region in NSW (from Braidwood and Queanbeyan to Goulburn and north of Crookwell).
Please note, tenderers must be TfNSW trained, assessed and accredited Culvert Inspectors and Risk Assessors. This is a mandatory requirement of submitting a tender and evidence of this accreditation is to be submitted with the tender.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
