Tender Details

Tenders are invited to be submitted for the supply of services for South-West Culvert Inspections and Risk Assessments - 2023.

The Scope of Work involves inspections and risk assessments of culverts across the South-West Region of NSW and is split into two (2) geographical areas also referred to as Separable Portions (SP), which are detailed below.

  •  SP1 – These services consist of inspections (53), and inspections and risk assessments (429) for culverts throughout the South-West area of South Region in NSW. The culverts are spread irregularly through the region from Cooma in the east to Robinvale in the west, and from Albury in the south to Marsden and Young in the north.
  •  SP2 – These services consist of inspections (4), and inspections and risk assessments (391) for culverts throughout the South-East area of South Region in NSW (centred around Bega and Cooma).

Please note, tenderers must be TfNSW trained, assessed, and accredited Culvert Inspectors and Risk Assessors.  This is a mandatory requirement of submitting a tender and evidence of this accreditation is to be submitted with the tender.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
