Central Coast Council / Construction of 6 Additional Netball Courts at Baker Park Wyong - CPA/162813

The works include the construction of six additional netball courts at Baker Park Wyong, with a concrete pavement on the northern side of the existing netball courts. The southern edge of the construction works will match the position and level of the northern side of the existing netball courts.

The proposed courts will be graded to the existing courts and a low masonry retaining wall will be constructed at the northern end of the construction works to support the proposed netball courts and compensate for the level difference.

On the eastern side of the works a swale drain will be constructed to accommodate existing and proposed overland flows. A shallow concrete V drain will be formed into the concrete pavement adjacent to the connection between the existing and proposed netball courts. Three pits will be constructed along the line of the proposed V drain and individually piped to the open channel located on the northern side of the works.

A low impact surface will be placed over the concrete pavement and goal posts and line marking will be installed to regulation standards.

The works include the supply, installation and placement of all materials and structures to provide the final finished product fit for purpose.

This is a lump sum contract and the date for practical completion is 9 weeks from and including the Date of Acceptance of Tender.
