Works under this contract comprise the removal and disposal of existing tiling, and the supply and installation of granite pavers in accordance with the Specification. Areas to be paved include footpaths, and access ramps. Access to businesses must be maintained during all stages of the works.

Timing of Works
Area 1 – Fairview Avenue – Monday 13 April 2015 – Friday 24 April 2015 (2 weeks)
Works must be wholly contained within the Fairview Avenue works area.
Area 2 – The Entrance Rd – Monday 27 April 2015 – Friday 5 June 2015 (6 weeks)
During this period works can be undertaken in either area, but the project must be entirely completed by Friday 5 June 2015.
