The new facility will contain the main 500 seat auditorium with fly tower, studio, performer’s facilities, foyer / gallery, administrative offices, amenities, landscaping and civil works.
Submissions are sought from contractors experienced in construction of similar facilities.The Contract is AS-2124-1992(amended) and completion of the works is required by November 2015.
Council will administer the Contract and TZG Architects and their sub-consultants will be assisting.
