Tender Details

This Request for Tender is for the provision of an After-Hours Customer Call Centre Service to provide consistency in service delivery, value for money and quality systems to safeguard a best value service to the community by ensuring 24/7 access to Council customers, to report to Council related emergencies or to provide advice on non-emergency Council services.

 

In this regard Council invites experienced organisations to submit tenders to provide an After-Hours Call Service outside of Council’s scheduled business hours for a period of two years with an option to extend the Contract for Services for a further one year at Council’s discretion.
