Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders for construction of landscaping to upgrade the existing facilities at The Waterfront Plaza, The Entrance. The work generally includes the demolition of existing tiles and landscaping the construction of new granite paving, a new playground, new lighting, new awnings, new street furniture, a water jet splash pad and new tree decks. The work is to be staged over the contract period to minimise the area under construction at any one time with the remaining part of the plaza to remain open and accessible to businesses and the public.
