Tender Details
The scope of the Contract covers the supply and delivery of:
Various Tools and Hardware items to Council’s Works Depots at Charmhaven and Long Jetty, as and when required and over a period of up to 3 years commencing from the date of acceptance of tender. A 2 year optional extension is available to the Principal based on satisfactory performance.
It is mandatory that a site inspection of Council’s existing Tools and Hardware range must be conducted by prospective tenderers prior to the closing of the tender to ensure that pricing offered conforms to the existing product range. Pricing is fixed for the first year than subject to rise and fall based on the Price Variation Clause stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract.
