Wyong Shire Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Principal Design Consultants experienced in designing sporting and recreational facilities. The Services to be provided under the Contract include all investigation(s) including environmental for planning approval, preparation of a Concept Design Options Report, Masterplan and development of concept design and preliminary design (Stage 1 – Phase 1) and detail design and construction documentation (Stage 1 – Phase 2) of the proposed Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex.
