Central Coast Council / Management of Toukley Aquatic Centre, Wyong Olympic Pool, The Entrance Ocean Baths and/or Lake Haven Recreational Centre - CPA/158914

The contract works cover the maintenance, operation and management of three swimming complexes and a recreational centre. The pool complexes are located at Toukley, Wyong and The Entrance and the recreational centre is at Gorokan. The contract will commence on 1 July, 2009 for a period of three years with an option for a further two years extension.The Contractor shall provide management services for the operation of Wyong Pool, Toukley Pool and The Entrance Baths and/or Lake Haven Recreation Centre as nominated in the Tender document.  This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of adequate staff and resources to operate plant and equipment, cleaning of the facilities as required, ensuring a safe and healthy facility, maintaining the pool and recreation facility in accordance with maintenance schedules, as well as promoting the facilities to maximise community use.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday 12 March 2009 commencing at 10:00am at the Wyong Pool, Lake Haven Recreation Centre, Toukley Aquatic Centre, and then travelling to The Entrance Ocean Baths. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting and inspections of all pools and recreation centre facilities are a prerequisite condition to the submission of a tender for the Contract. A tender submitted by a Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting and inspections of pool facilities will not be considered.
