This is a one-off Lump Sum Contract not subject to cost adjustments for rise and fall for the improvement works (2008/09) Norah Head Holiday Park Swimming Pool. Works comprise construction of new swimming pool and waterplay area including structural and hydraulic design, supply and installation of swimming pool plant and equipment, construction of new Pool Pump Shed, installation and commissioning of Waterplay equiment (supplied by others), provision of new Shade Sail Structure, provision of associated hard landscaping (including pool concourse paving, fences, gates, etc), and provision of soft landscaping (including garden beds, plants, mulch, turf, etc).
