Tender Details

Wyong Shire Council through the Estuary Management Unit is implementing the Tuggerah Lakes Estuary Management Plan. The Plan proposes to undertake several projects for the next five years within the Lakes catchment, enabling the improvement of the water quality conditions and foreshore ecology in Tuggerah Lake, Budgewoi Lake and Lake Munmorah and upgrading of the amenities surrounding the Lakes amongst others. As part of this Plan, stormwater treatment works have been identifies as being required in the following locations. Note that each specific project will be awarded individually and separate contracts will be formed with appointed Tenderer(s) incorporating the separate packages of work awarded to the respective Tenderer(s). " Reach 9, Saltwater Creek, CPA/144339; " Reach 10, Saltwater Creek, CPA/144340; " Reach 11, Saltwater Creek, CPA/144338; " Reach 4, Saltwater Creek, CPA/144337; and " Reach 1, Saltwater Creek CPA/144336. Not withstanding these are separate contracts Tenderer(s) who believe they have capacity to manage all five [5] packages of work may offer a discount structure if successful in being awarded all five contracts.
