Wyong Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from experienced commercial operators of tennis courts to operate and manage two newly constructed tennis facilities at Blue Haven and Wadalba. The early engagement of managers for these two facilities will be critical to ensuring their growth and popularity as well as their commercial viability.
Councils primary aim of the Expressions of Interest is to determine the lease arrangements most beneficial for the lessee and Council. Furthermore, Council wishes to determine the level of interest for this contract with the option of developing a short-list for tendering.
