This lump sum contract is for the installation of a Kiosk Substation (XCN053875) at The Entrance Community Centre, Cnr of Oakland Ave & Battley Ave, The Entrance. Folio Identifier 10/1128045 is being redeveloped into a Community Centre. The existing LV network is not capable of supplying the new load, therefore the establishment of a kiosk substation on site is proposed. The works for this contract are as detailed on the attached documents prepared by Enerserve and shall include but not be limited to the installation of a kiosk substation, 90m of associated trenching works, removal of 3 poles, installation of 2 new timber poles and replacement of 8 spans of LV bare mains with LV ABC.
