Tender Details
The scope of Contract Works covers the single source of supply and delivery of: Traffic Control Equipment and associated Signage to Councils Works Depots at Charmhaven and Long Jetty, as and when required and over a period of up to 24 months commencing from the date of acceptance of tender. An optional 12 month extension can be invoked at the sole discretion of the principal.
The Contract for which a Tender in accordance with these conditions is to be made shall be on a Schedule of Rates basis, with a rise and fall adjustment based upon the Consumer Price Index (CPI) occurring at the 12 month anniversary of award.

It is mandatory that a site inspection of Councils existing signage range must be conducted by prospective tenderers prior to the closing of the tender to ensure that pricing offered conforms with the exsiting product range.
