Tender Details
The proposed contract is for the installation and relocation of 11kV High Voltage cables, removal of existing conduits and installing new spare conduits. This is a lump sum contract based on AS2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract. Tenders are being sought from Level 1 Accredited Service Providers for the construction of the works.
The lump sum tendered must include all costs necessary to provide the works under the Contract including without limitation the cost of all personnel, materials, plant and equipment, fuel, consumables, mobilisation, demobilisation, support systems, overheads, profit, travelling time, expenses, disbursements, fees and charges and all other associated costs.
The fee and rates are fixed and not subject to escalation or review
