Tender Details

Wyong Shire Council (WSC) is seeking a Panel of Contractors for the construction of Assorted Concrete Construction Works, including Kerb and Guttering Construction, Concrete Footpaths / Shared paths and Associated Works on Local and Classified Roads within Wyong Shire LGA. The contract is for the period of 3 years with a possible extension of 1 year at Council’s discretion.

A panel of suppliers will be ranked in accordance with a “value for money” Tender Assessment in accordance with the Tender Selection Criteria. The panel may consist of 1 or more suppliers. Allocation of the work schedule will be in accordance with the ranking order and subject to the contractors’ availability, ongoing demonstrated performance and “value for money”.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer(s).
