Tender Details
The proposed Contract is for the Construction of the Mannering Park RFS Station upgrade which includes: site demolition works, upgrade and restoration works to the original building, construction of a new extension, civil works and site services. Full details of the Scope of Works and exclusions are included in Attachment 2 – Contract Documents.
This is a Lump Sum contract based on AS2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract.
The Lump Sum tendered must include all costs necessary to provide the works under the Contract including without limitation the cost of all personnel, materials, plant and equipment, fuel, consumables, mobilisation, demobilisation, support systems, overheads, profit, travelling time, expenses, disbursements, fees and charges and all other associated costs. The fee and rates are fixed and not subject to escalation or review.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the Preferred Tenderer.
