In accordance with the Evaluation Plan, the Evaluation Team assessed Value for Money for Detailed Design services for eight (8) cross project microwave link sites has been achieved, based on the following: . the Evaluation Team assessment of the non-price elements using the non-price evaluation criteria demonstrates that the VAPL Proposal complies and is credible, . the site rates, prices and quantities contained in the VAPL Proposal are credible & and rates and prices are competitive comparable to the market, . the price (normalised) is acceptable to the Authority.
