State Property Authority (SPA) is seeking the Service Provider for Capital Investment of Café development and operation of café, locates within the hospital pavilion Parramatta Justice Precinct.
This will be a two stage tendering process.
Potential:
- Modern building design
- Attractive location for café operation
- The café area can be adapted to after hour function venue.
- Existing utilities, including water and electricity.
Description of works:
- Establish a new cafe which provides the service on each week day, and weekend including public holidays from 7:00 am- 17:30pm.
- The service provider is responsible in providing design and construction of the kitchen facilities within the hospital pavilion area.
The conceptual design is supplied by NSW Public Works.
