This engagement is for the preparation of design and tender documentation for construct only GC21 Construction Contract at the following Trade Training Centres;

Peak Hill Central  School  - Refurbish metals and Hospitality facilities.

Tottenham Central School - New Hospitality Bay.

Trangie Central School - Refurbish Metals engineering Workshop, including small extension, refurbish hospitality facility.

Trundle Central School - Extend existing metal workshop and new outdoor workshop.

Tullamore Central School - New metals and hospitality facility.

Yeoval Central School - Refurbish kitchen and construction facility plus new metals facility.

The Consultancy is to include the services of a Primary Architectural Consultant and the provision and co-ordination of all necessary Sub-Consultants.
