Tender Details

Major modifications to a property at 18 Braemar Circuit Orange to a transitional group home for the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care.

The Scope of works include;

Major Modifications to bathroom
Major modification to existing home structure for additional officer space
Modification to existing 4 bedroom to 5 bedroom

The work also includes renovation/addition to existing garage fencing and gates.

Modify existing carport to accommodate minbus parking.

Access ramp to comply with 1428.1 standards.
