The Construct Only Fitout and refurbishment of a single existing Food Technology Classroom, Staff preparation Room and Seminar Room to upgrade to a new VET light commercial kitchen.
Works include but not limited to:-
- Demolition of internal finishes, walls where nominated and removal of fixtures
- Installation of new walls, ceiling, doors, windows, window blinds, ceramic tiling to walls, painting
- New industrial grade vinyl flooring
- Water, sanitary and gas services to suit new fitout
- Electrical services including new distribution board and power supply for new lighting, electric heaters, fans, connection of kitchen appliances, GPO outlets including 3 phase
- Structural Roof support works to engineers specification
- Data Telecommunication outlets
- Mechanical services of new kitchen hood and ducting exhaust system
- Supply an install of new commercial kitchen appliances eg. stove/oven
- Installation of fixed furniture (cupboards, white board, pin board) and loose furniture (table and chairs), supplied by others
- Supply and installation of open timber shelving
- Supply and installation of new stainless steel bench to island cupboards and perimeter stainless steel benching and open rack shelving under.
- New signage

Tender Lodgement:
Tenders are to be lodged by the Selective Tenderers (as listed above) and as described in the RFT, however, electronic lodgement is available through the LODGE A RESPONSE link at the very bottom of this page. You will need to be a registered user in order to submit a response.
