Customer Service / Canley Vale High School - New Lecture Learning Unit - 0900972

·     The carrying out of the Works consists of the provision of new high school facilities, site works and services to meet NSW Department of Education and Training standards for such education facilities. The purpose of the Works is to provide such facilities, site works and services, for the use of personnel at Canley Vale High School.

·    Works include the design development, documentation and construction of:

o      New school Lecture Learning Unit.

o      Protection of the existing landscaping adjacent to the proposed Works.

o      New paving, landscaping and associated site works and services

o      Installation of the security system to the new facilities will require work in the existing school buildings. Refer to “Canley Vale High School, NSW Department of Education and Training School Security Unit” report referenced to this Tender Document.

o      Provision of electrical services to the new facilities will require alterations and additions to the existing main switchboard.

·    The works are to seamlessly join up with the existing School and services.

All works are to be documented and constructed in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, relevant Australian Standards and the Schools Facilities Standards documents.
