Design and Construction of an office refurbishment. The design is for electrical, mechanical and fire services of the project. The office refurbishment incorporates approximately 210m2 of floor space. The scope of works incorporates early works, fit-out and taking delivery and managing the installation of furniture, fixtures and fittings.

A Non - Mandatory site meeting with the tenderers will be held on Monday 18th May 2009 at 10am on site.

Obtaining the RFT.

Selective Tenderers requiring additional hard copies, and Potential Sub Contractors and Suppliers wanting to obtain the RFT  may order a  hardcopy of this RFT from:
