Minerva School

The works at this school involves the full refurbishment of the Block E Boys and Block F Girls student toilets and includes tiling throughout, minor carpentry, new WC’s and cisterns, new urinal cisterns, new terrazzo partitions, new taps, new light fittings, polycarbonate roof strips and some other miscellaneous work. The works is to be staged.

 

Miranda Public School

The works at this school involves the full refurbishment of the Block E toilets (on the primary site, conversion from girls toilet to boys and girls) and Block H Girls and Boys student toilets (on the Infants site) and includes tiling throughout, new ceilings, minor carpentry, new WC’s and cisterns, new urinal stall and cisterns, new terrazzo partitions, new taps, new light fittings, some other miscellaneous work. After completion of the Block E toilets, the adjacent Block D boys toilets are to be demolished. The works is to be staged.

 

 

 

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $500,001 and $1,000,000.
