The services required in this engagement are:
· Preparation of a draft Landscape Regeneration and Weed Control (LRWC) Plan for all areas subject to development consent under the Native Vegetation Conservation Act 1997;
· Preparation of a final LRWC Plan following receipt of comments on the draft plan;
· Preparation of draft landscaping designs for the Bendalong and Conjola Wastewater Treatment Plant (WwTP) sites;
· Preparation of final landscaping designs for the Bendalong and Conjola Wastewater Treatment Plant (WwTP) sites following receipt of comments on the draft designs;
· Preparation of draft landscaping designs for the following wastewater pumping station (WwPS) sites:
- WwPSs B1 and B2 at Bendalong;
- WwPS M1 at Manyana;
- WwPS M4 at Cunjurong Point; and
- WwPS F1B at Fishermans Paradise.
· Preparation of final landscaping designs for the WwPS sites following receipt of comments on the draft designs;
· Preparation of draft technical specification sections for landscaping and landscape regeneration works;
· Preparation of final technical specification sections for landscaping and landscape regeneration works following receipt of comments on the draft sections; and
· Preparation of a pre-tender estimate for the landscaping and landscape regeneration works.
The Landscape Regeneration and Weed Control (LRWC) Plan prepared under this engagement is to be used to satisfy the development consent conditions under the Native Vegetation Conservation Act 1997.
The landscaping designs and technical specifications prepared under this engagement are to be used for tendering for implementation of rehabilitation/revegetation works under the LRWC plan and construction of landscaping works at WwTP and nominated WwPS sites in the Conjola Regional Sewerage Scheme.
