Scope of Works includes;

Design and construct of Carriageworks Café, Building, Services, Unisex/Accessible toilet and Kitchen works in accordance to the Architectural intent, specification including kitchen catering equipment.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

Mandatory Pre-tender Meeting will be held for this project on Tuesday 2^nd June 2009, 9:30am at Eveleigh Carriageworks Café.

The Selective Tenderers invited on 25/05/2009 are:
