Service NSW (SNSW) requires the services of a third-party vendor to provide extended support for specialist equipment that varies from the standard business hour support and standard business equipment. The majority of events/Incidents are logged and resolved by the SNSW Service Desk and where required, issues will be escalated to the third-party vendor to resolve any issues/emergencies at the direction of the State. Where a site visit is required to resolve an Incident, Service Request or Problem, the vendor will dispatch a client service representative to the Authorised User’s location.
