The carrying out of the Works consists of the provision of new secondary school  New Gymnasium facilities, site works and services to meet NSW Department of Education and Training standards for such education facilities.

The purpose of the Works is to provide such facilities, site works and services, for the use of personnel at Picnic Point High school.
