Delivery, assessment and evaluation of approximately 120 places in the Certificate IV in Frontline Management, over the next three calendar years (2009 – 2011).
These training places will be provided to Commerce staff who have been placed into a management position within the past 12 months.
In the Sydney metropolitan area, places will be purchased in groups of 15 – 20, to form whole class groups. In regional areas, places will be purchased in existing publicly available courses.
Project Scope
Organisational Development (OD) within the NSW Department of Commerce (Commerce) is seeking service providers to develop and submit proposals for the delivery, assessment and evaluation of the New Managers Leadership Development Program. The cornerstone of this program is the delivery, assessment and evaluation of the Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB 40807) as it provides the initial training in management for many of Commerce’s emerging and new managers.
The project comprises three main components:
- Pre-course deliverables
- During-course deliverables
- Post-course deliverables
