The modifications to the property require some internal demolition and construction of new walls including wall protection.
The home will be made compliant to AS4128.1 requiring widening of doorways, installation of ramps and extensive bathroom renovations.
The scope of works includes;
- A secure kitchen will be created
- Bathrooms will be modified to suit disabled clients
- Floor coverings will be renewed throughout
- Internal of home will be painted
- New or adjusted built in wardrobes to each bedroom
- A new office will be created in an existing bedroom including joinery, windows will be replaced with enlarged sliding door to provide external access to the office.
- New fencing
- Privacy screening
- Landscaping
- Lighing and electrical will be upgraded as required.

Only those companies that attend the meeting will be eligible to submit a tender.
