Tender Details
The Works to be provided under each contract will include (but will not necessarily be limited to):-
- Completion of the Principal’s Design of the Modular Design Range buildings in accordance with existing DET School Facility Standards & Codes.
- Off site manufacture of the Modular Design Range buildings required by the Principal.
- Delivery of the Modular Design Range buildings to the specified school sites (that may be in ANY areas of metropolitan and regional NSW), including planning the delivery route, providing the required access works within the school, and detailed coordination of heavy vehicle access on the delivery route with local and state authorities.
- Design and construction, including certification, of the footings and posts required to install the Modular Design Range buildings.
-Installation and construction completion, to the extent specified, of the Modular Design Range buildings, including ‘handover’ to the relevant Managing Contractor and provision of all associated as built or work as executed drawings, manuals, warrantees and certifications.
- Provision of off site storage of the manufactured MDR buildings for a period of up to Six [6] months until such time until as the relevant school sites specified are available for building delivery and installation.
