The Project Services Branch at the Department of Commerce has been engaged to undertake development of On-site Housing by Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) as part of their Capital Works Program. The program aims to create environments which assist with the integration of all Clients into the greater community.
The Group Home will be used as long term accommodation for DADHC clients.
This engagement will include demolition of all existing structures on the site, remediation of any hazardous materials and Design, Documentation and Construction of five (5) new client villas and (1) staff villa.
The design must comply with DADHC standards
