The relocatable/demountable building for a Drama & Dance facility is comprised of six (6) modules, with the following accommodation: a main area for Drama & Dance, a small office, a verandah along one side with a pair of toilets located at each end of it.
The work entails the prefabrication of the building, using structural metal framing, external walls & roof is metal clad, internal walls & ceiling are insulated & lined with polyply, floor uses structural ply.
Power, lighting & air conditioning is to be provided, along with conduits for data & security system. Installation of footings & piers for the building including its delivery & assembly on site.
Provision of & connection to site services will be carried out by others.
Non Mandatory Site Meeting to be held at 10 am, on 18 Feburary, 2008.
At Prairiewood High School, Pairie Vale Road, Wetherill Park.
