Convert the existing disabled toilet in Block B, room BR0004 to an "Accessible toilet". The room will be partially stripped and remodelled to accommodate the Disabled toilet/shower facilities. The project in this room will entail demolition, floor tiling, tile panelling to the walls disabled toilet requirements, painting and other incidental work.

Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $50,001 and $100,000
