Works involve:
Demolition of existing fibro house & other structures
Construction of single storey building, with brick veneer construction, concrete roof tiles, aluminium doors & windows, vinyl flooring
External works including paving, stencilled concrete driveway, turfing & landscaping
Building is required to be air conditioned, installed a fire panel, fixed a solar panel (Hot water) etc
