Construction of a New DADHC Purposed Built Group Home at 1 Sun Valley Road Green Point. Purposed built to meet NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) requirements for the clients to occupy the home.
Scope of Works involves:
Constructed new group home with 5 bedrooms
New Office
New Carport
Bathroom comply with AS1428
All other requirements with the full scope of the works, refer to tender documents.
A Non Mandatory meeting is to be held on 27 March 2008 at 1:00pm at site.
