Tender Details

The works are to comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees and everything else necessary for the construction, installation, testing, commissioning and twelve (12) months comprehensive maintenance of the works as detailed in this specification, together with all minor and incidental work not specifically mentioned herein, to the true intent and meaning of this specification and the accompanying drawings.

The works of the contract include, but not limited to the following:

  • "Decommission and demolition of the three existing chillers and removal from site for disposal, including the associated pumps, pipework, electrical and controls..
  • "Provision of new chillers and pumps including associated pipework, insulation, valves and accessories.
  • "Provision of new or modification of existing plinths for new chiller and inertia bases for the new pumps.
  • "Provision of all associated electrical and control works.
  • "Modification of existing building management and control system (BMCS) to control and monitor the new chillers and pumps, including associated programs, interfaces, controllers and etc.
  • "Provision of all associated building work.

    A pre-tender site meeting will be held on 6th February 2008 at 10:00 am.
